Buying miniatures for someone can be difficult as it can be such a personal hobby. So, to take the stress out of buying a physical gift, we’ve decided to introduce gift vouchers.
Once ordered, we will email you the voucher/vouchers with their unique codes with the information on how to use.
There is no shipping charge for buying downloadable vouchers, however, if you choose to buy other items, you will be charged p&p for those items.
Using the voucher:
- To redeem the voucher, the recipient should enter the voucher code/s at the checkout.
- We cannot offer change on the voucher so we would recommend the recipient spending to the value of the voucher (or more) so they do not loose money. To allow multiple smaller orders for your recipient, buy multiple vouchers of smaller amounts.
- If the voucher amount is not in the list, just pick separate voucher amounts and add separately to you basket. For example, if you would like a voucher for £100, just add 2 x £50 vouchers.
- Postage will be added to the order and isn’t included in the voucher amount.
