Description

Patchwork rotary cutter with spare blades.

The cutter measures 15mm in length and is fixed to a closed position (safety first! ?)

The main yellow body and black blade cover are cast separately in a polymer resin and then painted.
They have been fixed together and finished with a silver coloured paper blade.
